Your reality is that you are more beautiful than you can ever realise. You are a perfect being made out of the image of the most perfect and Supreme Being. Remember the following mantra and recite it to yourself each time a feeling of low self-esteem tries to enter your mind. "I am a perfect being and I thank God for that."
