When you seek the success of others, you secure your own success

There will be a time in your career when a strong desire for progress will tempt you to do things intended to undermine a collleage.  Anytime you do such things, you are acknowledging your denial of your authentic self. You are undermining the entire basis of your being. This is not a way to achieve sustainable personal success, happiness and inner peace.
