Noticing the Feeling of the moment exercise


Stop for a moment and think about the way you are feeling right now.  Sad?, Happy?, Relaxed?, Excited?,  Serene?, Angry? Just think of one word to describe the way you are feeling now.

Think of what has caused this feeling. 

Is the cause avoidable or unavoidable?

Irrespective of the cause or causes, is the feeling desirable or undesirable?

If the feeling is desirable, what could you do to have more of it?

If the feeling is undesirable, what could you do to have less of it?

Lesson:
Whether the cause of your feeling was avoidable or unavoidable, your response to it determined  your feeling. 
No one can make you feel any way without your permission

When a negative thought could be the trigger for a positive action

Do not be too hash with yourself when you keep having negative thoughts. Just become aware of each of them. Some could be the triggers for your next positive action that could lead to your breakthrough.

Their opinion about you is non of your business

Never allow the opinions of others to have an impact on what you really want in life. Remember, you are distinctive and self-determining irrespective of their good opinions about you.
