Living like a child

Becoming a child is the art of regularly returning to your originating Source. Returning to your originating Source is the art of totally surrendering your life and becoming a keen observer of events in time and space throughout your life. Surrendering is the art of accepting that you are not alone in the universe. Accepting that you are not alone in the universe is that art of knowing that there is a supernatural power that takes care of all your needs. Knowing that there is a supernatural power that takes care of all your needs is the art of living your life like a child. Living like a child is the art of being in the spirit. Being in the spirit is having no fear of anything; it is also having no doubt in your mind. Fear and doubt are the two greatest enemies of your progress. When you have no fear of failure, it means you are able to take more calculated risks. When you have no doubt of your ability to succeed, it means you can persist much longer and try your hands in more things. Without learning to live regularly like a child, it is almost impossible to achieve lifelong success and happiness.

Real Love

Real love is like the biblical tree planted by the rivers of water that produces delicious fruits in its season and then give them away freely to every passerby without discrimination.

Living independently

When you learn to align your daily needs with the inexhaustible supplies of your creative Source, you will begin know and understand why you no longer need to depend on any one to live your life to the fullest. Your super-abundance originating Source knows your needs. Aligning your life with your Source means self-discovery and self-mastery of your authentic self. When you know whom you are and become aware of the power of your relationship with the One that brought you to being from nonbeing, from nobody to somebody and from nowhere to somewhere, you no longer accept just any name that people may be calling you. What people think about you will no longer be of concern to you.

Protecting yourself from negative thoughts and emotions

Negative thoughts and emotions are like thieves that come stealthily into your house in the middle of the night to steal your valuable property. They come into your life to steal your joy, your happiness, your life balance.  Some time, your actions or inactions invite them in. This is what you get when you fail to protect your homes from burglars. You tempt them into your home.
You can protect yourself from negative thoughts and emotions by locking them out of your mind. You prevent them from paying you unwanted visits by simply shutting your mind-gate.  Once you close it, even without a padlock, no one can open it.
When positive energy starts to flow into your life, you will begin to experience uncommon peace of mind, everlasting joy, true happiness and prosperity in all areas of your life.

The Three Pillars of Lifelong Success

I consider the following as the three greatest pillars of success and lifelong happiness:
(1)    The ability to understand the fundamental principles  that govern that which we desire to do, be or have;
(2)    The willpower to acquire any knowledge or skills we need to have in place in order to do, be or have that which we desire;
(3)    The level of wisdom we have to know when to accept or reject any physical and emotional limitations that may stand in our way to do, be or have what we desire.

What is your BALANCE?

In each of the following BALANCE acronyms, score yourself from 1 to 5 to determine your current state of balance (1 = weak; 5 = strong):
·         Belief:  the quality of the belief you have in yourself and in your ability to be successful
·         Alignment:  the degree of fit between your values and beliefs with your goals
·         Learning:  the gaps between what you currently know and what you need to know in order to make your next move
·         Awareness:  the level of your knowledge of the relationships between your inner self and your outer self
·         Nerve: the audacity to take daily actions that move you forward towards achieving your goal
·         Clarity: the lucidity of your thoughts and actions that propel you towards achieving your goal
·         Energy: the level of emotional and physical energy needed to keep you perpetually on the road in your journey towards achieving your goal
If you have scored yourself below 2 in any of the acronyms, you might need to think of what you might do to bring yourself to balance. Paradox of life and living

When I was growing up, whenever a child fell down and bruised his kneel, his father would say, “Congratulations, you have just killed a big rat”. The child would quickly get up, raised his chest high up and smiled proudly to himself (instead of crying) believing that he has just killed a big rat. Today, what you do say to your child when he makes a mistake?
In life, it is not the number of times we fall down that matters. It is the number of times we fall down and able to get up and go. Learning from childhood how to get up and go after each fall is an important key to success in life. It is about learning to understand that falling is the other side of rising. Without falling, you cannot rise up. Without decreasing, you cannot increase. Without emptying, you cannot fill up. Without closing down, you cannot open up. Without decomposing, you cannot compose. Without destroying, you cannot build. Without clearing a space, you cannot make a space. Without sowing, you cannot reap.
Your birth was therefore not a mistake. There was no mistake in your nationality. The colour of your skin was not by mistake. Your height was not a mistake. There is no mistake in your journey in life. Everything is in perfect order of things. You have everything you need to live a perfect life. Think of yourself as a seed of an apple. Inside the seed, there are roots, a trunk, leaves and everything that makes up a perfect apple tree. All the seed needs is soil, water and a gentle hand to bury it inside the mother earth. What the seed does inside the burial ground until it sprouts up and grow to become an apple tree bringing forth delicious fruits, which we all love to eat, is far beyond your ability to comprehend. Therefore, without dying, you cannot live. What a paradox of life and living.

Value Life Balance Self-coaching Workbook

 I am pleased to announce the publication of Value Life Balance Self-Coaching Workbook.
It’s a personal analysis and performance workbook that I have developed based some of the initial principles that I put forward in August. It specifically targets challenges that may arise from conflicts between a person’s invisible being and physical being and between their values, thoughts and their actions.
The book aims to broaden the appeal of personal coaching on a local level by helping existing and potential clients to become more familiar with the coaching process and increasing their willingness to move towards active personal development. The book does this in a private and positive way; I feel this will be vital in unlocking the wider appeal of local personal coaching and ensuring that these coaching engagements provide fruitful results.
You can find an excerpt from the workbook at http://on.fb.me/vlbworkbook
Currently, this workbook is exclusively distributed through a small network of local personal coaches who wish to supplement their work with additional support materials. These coaches also wish to promote the benefits of personal coaching on a local level. If you’re interested, I’d like to invite you to join.
There are two distribution schemes currently running for this workbook; profit share and commission. To find out more about these please go to http://on.fb.me/vlbworkbook., or to enquire about stocking or purchasing the workbook contact me on 07956 033 915  or mam@valuelifebalance.com.
All the Best,
Matthew Medupin
